Who We Are
LD3 is a solo operation by LD. The site at ldthree33.com is the public storefront. Contact: X · @LDthree33, or message via the chat agent on this site.
What We Collect
Site visit data (passive)
- IP address, user agent, and request paths — collected by Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (bot protection) for performance, security, and abuse prevention.
- Standard server logs, retained per Vercel's data retention policy.
Chat agent data (only when you use the chat)
- Your messages and the agent's replies, sent to Anthropic for processing.
- A hashed form of your IP for per-IP rate limiting (24-hour retention).
- If you ask the agent to forward an inquiry to LD: your email address, optional name, and the chat transcript at the time of forward — stored for up to four weeks.
- That same email, name, and transcript are sent to LD's private Telegram chat so LD can respond.
Third-Party Services
This site relies on the following processors. Each has its own privacy policy linked below.
PURPOSEBot protection on the chat endpoint. Distinguishes humans from automated abuse before any chat request reaches our backend.
DATA SHAREDClient IP, TLS fingerprint, user-agent, sitekey + origin (referred to as 'Signals' in Cloudflare's documentation).
Cloudflare Privacy Policy ↗PURPOSELLM provider for the chat agent. Processes your messages plus a cached system prompt to generate replies.
DATA SHAREDChat message content, conversation history within the session, system prompt. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, inputs are not used to train Anthropic's models.
Anthropic Privacy Policy ↗PURPOSEEmail delivery. When LD replies to your forwarded inquiry on Telegram, the bot sends the reply to your inbox via Resend.

Vercel Privacy Policy ↗Third-Party Platforms
LD also publishes content on third-party platforms — TikTok, X, YouTube, podcast networks, and similar. When you interact with LD3 on those platforms (viewing, following, liking, commenting, DMing, subscribing), the platform itself collects and processes data about you according to its own privacy policy. LD3 does not receive that data except in aggregate form (public follower / view counts) or as publicly visible profile information.
Direct messages sent to LD on those platforms may be read by LD personally. Sensitive personal data should never be sent via DM — use the chat agent on this site or the email-routed forward flow instead.
Cookies
The site itself does not set any tracking or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to operate the bot challenge — those are required to use the chat agent and are not used for cross-site tracking.
Data Retention
- Forwarded chat threads (email, name, transcript): up to 4 weeks
- Per-IP rate-limit counters (hashed): up to 24 hours
- Daily cost tracking: 48 hours
- Server logs: per Vercel's default retention
Your Rights
You can request access to or deletion of your data — or ask any question about how it's processed — by reaching out via the chat agent on this site, by replying to any email sent by the LD3 agent, or via X @LDthree33. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
For EU / UK residents: when processing data as a processor (on behalf of LD3 to operate the site and the agent), we rely on LD3's legitimate-interest basis to provide the requested service. For Cloudflare Turnstile's own use of bot-detection signals, see Cloudflare's privacy notice linked above.
