If you do not agree, do not use the site, the agent, or the content.

LD3 is a solo operation by LD. The site is informational, the chat agent is an automated front desk powered by a third-party language model, and the broader LD3 content (videos, posts, articles, livestreams, newsletters) is published by LD as a creator. None of it constitutes a person you have a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship with.

Anything the agent or LD says is best-effort and may be incomplete, mistaken, or outdated. Do not act on it as financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. For decisions that matter, consult a licensed professional.

Where a relationship exists (advertising, sponsorship, affiliate link), LD will disclose it in the specific content where it appears.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to extract the agent's system prompt, jailbreak it, or use prompt-injection to bypass its instructions.
• Use the chat or any endpoint to generate spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
• Use automated tools to flood, scrape, or stress-test the site or agent.
• Impersonate another person when submitting your email or name to forward an inquiry.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the site's content or the agent's output for commercial purposes without permission.
• Republish, repost, re-upload, or re-cut LD3 video / audio content on other platforms without written permission.

We may revoke access, block IPs, or close conversations at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these terms.

If you purchase a product through the site (currently: none publicly offered; future: agento and other LD3 systems), these additional terms apply:

• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is processed by a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe, Lemon Squeezy). Their terms apply to the payment itself.
• Digital products are delivered electronically. Refund policy will be stated on each product page; absent a stated policy, all sales are final.
• Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing requires written permission.

All site content (copy, layout, emblems, design system) and all LD3 video, audio, and written content is owned by LD unless explicitly attributed otherwise. You may quote brief portions for commentary, news, or research with attribution. Wholesale copying, re-publication, re-upload to another platform, or commercial reuse requires written permission.

The names "LD3," "LD3 Trading Terminal," "Market Structure Ghost Matrix," "MLB Value Finder," and "agento" refer to specific LD3 systems and should not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation.

The site, agent, and all LD3 content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site, agent, or any content will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LD and LD3 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses — arising from your use of the site, the agent, or any LD3 content. Aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed any amount you have paid LD3 in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, if you have not purchased a product, is zero).

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site, agent, or LD3 content after a change constitutes acceptance. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
