Intake is the single human-authored part of the pipeline. Everything downstream is agentic.
The parser asks targeted follow-ups when the brief is ambiguous instead of guessing. Operator answers feed back into the spec.
Golden anchors carry implicit decisions — stack defaults, test conventions, file layout — so the operator never re-states them.
