[ HOW IT WORKS ]
Most market-making fails because operators repeat plans that did not actually capture mid. The tuner makes that history hard to ignore.
Every closed round-trip writes to the bin grid. Plans inherit defaults from the cell their parameters land in.
The tuner is read-only at the moment — it informs but does not auto-adjust. Tuning is still a manual call.
